France. Grenoble to Elbeuf 1858, VF Imperf Napoleon pair. Cover in very good condition with no tears, however has what appears to be a filing horizontal crease well away from stamps.Has railroad backstamps Marseille a Paris and Paris au Havre and a 3rd unreadable backstamp, most likely Elbeuf. Nice cover.
