Item description:

From Tonga 1990 UNDP set.    The issued stamp is overprinted SPECIMEN plus 5 progressive proofs showing what the stamp looked like during the printing process.  Progressive 1 shows yellow the first colour done, progressive 2 shows blue the second colour done.  Progressive 1 + 2 shows yellow and blue done together, progressive 3 shows third colour done red.  Progressive 1 + 2 + 3 shows red yellow and blue done together, still missing black colour.

Postage/packing US$2.80 to anywhere in the world.  Registration is extra.

Payment can be made in two ways:-

1.  By cash (US dollars, English pounds or Euros) posted through the mail.   Cash travels safely through the mail when placed between several  sheets of paper or inside an old card.

2.  Or payment can be made through PayPal in US dollars, English pounds or euros.

1. I cannot take MasterCard or VisaCard direct.  I do not have merchant facilities.  I can only take credit card payments if done through PayPal.

2. I cannot take cheques as bank fees are too high on overseas cheques.
