Item description:
Full colour proof on card of one of the values from Tonga 1989 UPU Congress set plus the issued stamp overprinted specimen. The values in this set all show different methods of mail delivery over the years. Design shows old cover with zeppelin on it.

Scarce items from the Tonga printers archival material.

2. Or payment can be made through PayPal either in US dollars or in pounds.

PLEASE NOTE, I cannot accept checks from buyers outside Australia due to very high bank charges here, and I cannot accept credit cards direct. I can only accept credit cards by payment through PayPal.
