Cruiser Soya was built in U.S.A. for the Imperial Russian Navy and was called Varyag. Active in Russo-Japanese war and became war prize in 1907 for the Japanese. Japan changed name to Soya. Returned to Russia in 1916. PPC mailed from Sydney to Soya while in Melbourne. CD. April 13, 1910. Buyer pays S&H U.S.$0.90 in U.S. or U.S.$1.50 overseas. Will ship first class mail. I accept EUROS.
