NO STAMPS and NO SASEs, please. If you are going to soak uncancelled stamps off envelopes, then please re-use them with someone else. I will not help you defraud the USPS (18 U.S.C. 1720 - http://law.onecle.com/uscode/18/1720.html).
If you prefer to send cash for small amounts (< $10), that is fine if you accept the risk. My postmaster is very honest. I cannot provide change, however, if your lots do not add up to an even dollar amount. I prefer USD but will accept Euros also.
I will accept a current International Reply Coupon in lieu of s/h for small amounts of lots, if you choose to mail cash.
