From Tonga 1986 Sports Events set. The outside stamps are overprinted specimen and the middle stamp is a progressive proof showing what the stamp looked like at a certain stage during the printing process.

Progressive 1 shows yellow the first colour done
Progressive 2 shows blue the second colour done.
Progressive 1 + 2 shows yellow and blue done together
Progressive 3 shows third colour done red.
Progressive 1 + 2 + 3 shows red yellow and blue done together

Nice exhibit item from the printers archives.
