ATTENTION!!! I have problems with cashing of Canadian and British checks in US dollars
(additional fees, double converting etc).
If you have not American bank, write the sum in national currency (CAD, GBP etc).
3. Bank transfer to German, British or Estonian bank (buyer from other countries pays bank fee: + 10 US$).
For EU countries: bank transfer to Germany is the same as charges for domestic bank transfer.
Certainly, 10 US$ addition for transfer from EU to Germany is not required.
4. It is possible to talk over use of PayPal.
