I got this in the Black Sea area. It came along with half a dozen others all bearing the blue stamp "PresPhoto VIA - Bud "DOMMM" 49 God (year) 84-61." in Cyrillic.

This one only bears a pen script in Russian and 1945 G (Year). It's an 8 x10 glossy, obviously recopied many times from the 1945 original and probably from the same 1961 batch as the others.
