I would like some input on my new, easier (I think), shipping/payment policy.
Is it clear, easy to follow, in your face?

I decided to try and make this simple. I hope it is.

English is my second language, so if you see any mistake let me know:)

Hello.
My thoughts are as follows -

1 Would it be better to have the two languages in separate blocks?
2 On the first line use the word "Fixed" not "Fix"
3 Why exclude checks from Buyers outside US andCanada who may have a US$ account with a US Bank?
4 And this is IMPORTANT - the prospective new buyer will want to know the price he is going to pay for shipping ONE item, not just the MAXIMUM.
