Hi, You might try to post a comment on his webpage: Link (http) I tried to use some of the dictionnaries on this page: Link (http) It could be something like "Assumed that content ... money"; couldn't find sense to 'uangivne'. Good luck! Manu

It could be something like "Assumed that content ... money"; couldn't find sense to 'uangivne'.

I suppose that the post not put the stamp only to say 'we have seen it'. What were the postal consequences of the use of this stamp? Was the shipment returned to sender? Was a tax collected?
